Update 3.16.2020

The Huron County Community Library is dedicated to continuing to provide services for our communities, while also keeping the safety and health of those individuals in mind. During this COVID-19 pandemic, every effort is being made to maintain library services.  The library is continuing to monitor this pandemic and we are working with the Huron County Public Health Department to make the best decisions we can for our communities and staff. Through several conversations with the Huron County Public Health, the library has decided to adjust some of our services for the duration of this crisis.  At this time, we have suspended all library programs, workshops, and events through April 4. We have also suspended the use of our community rooms and the Annex. This is including our previous decisions to suspend outreach, the circulation of kits, tablets, Launchpads, and toys. Any changes to services or programs will be on our webpage or Facebook page.

Early social distancing can help stop the spread of COVID-19. Please stay home and do not visit the library if you are exhibiting signs of the flu or if you are not feeling well. All of our locations will be reviewing a way to provide curbside assistance. We invite you to explore everything we have to offer on our website. You can download eBooks and audiobooks on Overdrive (Libby), stream movies and checkout eBooks and audiobooks on Hoopla. If you have questions, please call your local HCCL locations or our main location at 419-933-8564.
