A famous movie star is on trial for the murder of his wife and their bodyguard.  His high-profile attorney needs someone to go up against the cops and plant the idea that the defendant is being framed.  Enter Eddie Flynn, former con artist turned lawyer.  Flynn thinks the actor is hiding something, but he doesn't believe he's a killer.  As Flynn works to prove the man's innocence, one of the jurors is working just as hard to make sure he's found guilty.  This was a better than average legal thriller.  There were details and twists that made this one hard to put down.  Yes, there were some details I didn't quite buy and yes, Flynn seems to be a somewhat larger than life, do-no-wrong, super lawyer, but it all came together for a good, solid read.
