The upscale neighborhood of Melville Heights in Bristol, England, isn't where you'd expect a grisly murder to occur in someone's kitchen. But it has, and that's where the story starts. We must then jump back a couple of months to see how all those involved came to be at this place, at this time, and how they are all connected. The neighborhood inhabitants all have their secrets and they'll soon learn that even when you think no one is watching...chances are...someone is. This was my first Lisa Jewel book and it was a gem. Told from multiple points of view, the story rolls along like a well-oiled machine as it wends its way along a twisty, turning path to a surprise ending. I will definitely be checking out more by Lisa Jewell.
