Matt Pine is no stranger to being in the spotlight, albeit an unwanted one.  His brother, Danny, was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of his girlfriend when he was just a teenager.  A true-crime documentary reignited interest in the case and showcased the Pine family's efforts to have Danny's conviction overturned.  Now a college student, Matt has just received the news that his parents and two younger siblings have died in an apparent accident in Mexico.  Why were they in Mexico?  Did it have anything to do with Danny?  Was it really an accident?  This book didn't evoke any strong feelings for me. It did raise some questions about how well our justice system really works, but that's nothing new.  I wasn't particulary surprised by the outcome.  It just never grabbed me the way some books can.  It was just alright.  But, maybe that's just me.
