Two years ago, Emma's husband, Derrick, died in a seemingly random murder. No arrest was ever made and Emma assumed that there never would be. But now there's another detective at her door, informing her that the case has been reopened. As part of the revived investigation, the police have some questions for Emma's new husband, Tom. Could Tom have had something to do with Derrick's murder? Emma and Tom hadn't even crossed paths before Derrick was killed. Had they? When Emma starts doing a little investigating of her own, she's shocked to discover that everything she thought she knew about Tom may be a lie. Sounds interesting, doesn't it? It wasn't. It was a snoozefest. Flat characters, insipid dialogue, no suspense, plodding storyline. Don't waste your time on this one unless you're looking for something to help you sleep.
