A mother's love knows no bounds. That sentiment is the heart of this story about three mothers trying to get their sons into a prestigious prep school. Estella and Bec are friends who have been preparing their boys for years for coveted places at St. Ignatius Boys' School; Iggy's, as it's affectionately called. Kaya, a newcomer to the area, is a single mom trying to keep a promise to her deceased husband. All three will go to any lengths to guarantee their sons' admission to Iggy's. And all three have secrets that they guard as fiercely as they guard their children. I enjoyed this book far more than I anticipated. The dialogue and the family dynamics feel genuine and spot-on. The story's twists and turns wind through the cast of characters entangling them all in a web of deceit and desperation. The pages flew by.
