Addison Dougherty didn't expect to become a widow after being married only ninety-seven days. She had expected to make her now late husband, Richmond, suffer exponentially by ruining his sterling reputation when she revealed a deep, dark secret from his past. But, after a couple of failed previous attempts, someone has managed to kill Richmond before Addison could carry out her plan. Now the police, and everyone else in town, think that Addison killed him for his money. She needs to keep herself out of jail so she can figure out who wanted Richmond dead besides her, because now, Addison is receiving threats. Domestic thrillers are very big right now. Someone always has a secret from their past. This certainly wasn't the worst one I've read; nor was it the best. It was an easy read, but it just didn't command my attention.
