Huron County Community Library is hiring their next Teen Programming Library Clerk – and you may be the perfect fit. This is an entry level, part time position (up to 30 hours a week) paying $10.70/hr; benefits include paid time off, sick leave, holiday pay and state retirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize communication skills to interact with teen patrons and provide assistance with library services
  • Conduct research and data collection to support teen programming initiatives
  • Implement and facilitate teen programming
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the Teen Services department

Criteria:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, hard working
  • Team player
  • Available days, evening, and weekends as needed
